7. Delivery

Delivery Arrangements: If no one is available to accept delivery, we may:

  • Leave the package in a safe place (if you have authorised this);

  • Leave the package with a neighbour;

  • Return the package to a local collection point and leave a delivery card; or

  • Attempt redelivery on another date.

Risk and Title: The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment for the products, including any applicable delivery charges.

8. Your Right to Cancel and Return Products

Cancellation Period: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the goods (or, in the case of multiple goods, after the day you receive the last item). Refunds: We will issue a refund to you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, within 14 days of receiving evidence that you have returned the goods. The refund will cover the cost of the products and standard delivery charges (but not any premium or express delivery costs). We may make a deduction from the refund for any reduction in the value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Exemptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods that are personalised or custom-made;

  • Goods that are perishable;

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed;

  • Services that have been fully performed with your prior consent.

If a Force Majeure Event occurs, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify you and to minimise the impact on our performance. Our obligations will be suspended during the period of the Force Majeure Event, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. For consumers who are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
